AudioWrench β free audio tools that run in your browser.
AudioWrench is a toolbox of 139 currently free audio tools plus BalanceDAW, a browser music studio. Core file processing runs locally; optional models and browser speech modes explain their data path before use.
Current design commitments.
π Private by design
Core audio workflows process selected files on-device with the Web Audio API and WebAssembly and do not send them to AudioWrench. Optional models and browser speech modes explain their data path before use. See the exact data flow β
π Currently free
No account, subscription, payment or export watermark is currently required. This is the current release state, not a guarantee that availability or terms can never change. Practical duration depends on browser memory and device speed.
β‘ Instant
Nothing to install and no upload queue. Small focused jobs can finish quickly; full-file analysis, model downloads, long audio and multi-output renders depend on the browser, device memory and file length.
What's in the toolbox.
π΅ Effects

The story.
AudioWrench started as a simple idea: everyday audio jobs β trimming a clip, boosting bass or preparing a recording β should not require a heavy desktop setup. Modern browsers can handle serious audio work locally, so that is where we build.

How AudioWrench works.
Most AudioWrench tools process audio directly in the browser. Tools that need optional model files explain the download before it starts and let you decide whether to continue.
Each tool page explains what the workflow does, what it exports and where its practical limits are. Reproducible technical tests are collected separately in the benchmark and evidence hub.
