Practical limits come from decoded duration, channel count, algorithm memory and the current device; compressed audio can expand substantially in memory.

FAQ

Does the microphone meter show dB SPL?
No. It reports relative digital level in dBFS. A calibrated microphone and reference are required for sound-pressure level, room loudness or exposure measurements.
Does a good ABX score prove one version sounds better?
No. It suggests that a listener distinguished the selected samples under that session setup. Preference, quality and wider reproducibility are separate questions.
When should I use Audio Difference Checker instead of ABX?
Use Difference Checker to align two renders and measure the residual signal. Use ABX when the question is whether a listener can identify a version without seeing which source is playing.
How accurate are BPM and key estimates?
